- Inviting online/offline shop to be agent, without rick.
- Wholesale start from 5pcs, dropship start 1pc, no backlog of stocks.
- Every piece will have proffesional to check in details, to made sure the quality.
- Your accumulated quantity or prepaid eWallat will upgrade your member level and you can have more discount for next purchase. If your prepaid eWallet amount finished, your member level maybe downgrade.

【 Wholesale/Dropship Details 】：
- You can choose any items from Pro Matrix. The prices at PRO MATRIX AUTO PART are retail price. You can contact our admin for wholesale prices.
- Minimum order quantity is 5pcs and can be any items, any color and any size. Wholesaler/agent cannot participate in all retail deals.
- Wholesale items have ready stock and preorder items, if your order have both items of ready stock and preorder items, you need to wait until all preorder items are ready and send out together. Our preorder batch will be closed on every month 15th and 30th, we hope that you can made your order before the closing date (PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF OUR PREORDER CLOSING DATE). Preorder items will be arrive here aorund 8-12 working days after the closing date. We will process and send out immediately after all the stocks arrive our hand, around 2-3 working days will arrive your hand. If cannot wait, please dont made order, Thanks.
- If your order more than 20pcs, you can request us to order for you from supplier directly without waiting for our preorder closing date.
- Wholesale price NOT include postage fee. The shipping fee will calculated based on PosLaju market price.
- We will process your order within 24hrs. Please made your payment within 3 working days. We accept payment through Public Bank， CIMB Bank，Maybank and PayPal
- After payment remember to inform us your payment date, bank name, total amount, so that we can verify your payment.
- Your preorder items maybe will not available, we will return your money back, or you have the chance to choose another items, or you can request to add to your eWallet for next purchase.

【 After Sales Service 】：
- Help to change the color or size for free (Note: need to confirm with supplier about the stock), and postage fee need to pay by yourself.
- If have quantity problem, we can change without charge for items, and each bear one-way shipping fee. (Note: If have problem like #1, #2 below with not obvious quality issues, self-repair. We will give compensation to the severity of the specific circumstances)
- Significant hole in the garment, seam rupture was beyond repair.
- Significant stain clothing, any serious impact on sales vision.
- Shoddy version, picking errors need to swap.
- Return requirements (not for those who do not meet the requirements of Return)：
- Not washing, not wearing, you can not leave sweat, tobacco and other odors, not man-made damage.
- Must keep the original packaging and trademark tag and other accessories complete and return intact.
- Returns need to contact the owner before the message to confirm and explain the situation.
